Shri Mohan Charan Majhi
Chief Minister, Odisha
Message
Bhubaneswar will witness an unprecedented celebration of Ayurveda during 10–13 December 2026 with the hosting of the 11th edition of the World Ayurveda Congress (WAC) and Arogya Expo.
It gives me immense pleasure to know that many doyens and distinguished practitioners of India’s age-old traditional healthcare wisdom will be coming to Bhubaneswar to share their knowledge and experience with seekers from across the world. Around 10,000 Ayurveda stakeholders are expected to participate in this four-day global event.
Leading Ayurveda medicine manufacturers, healthcare providers, educational institutions, international organisations including the World Health Organization, research and development bodies, and other stakeholders will showcase their expertise through attractive exhibition stalls at the Arogya Expo. The Arogya Expo in Bhubaneswar is expected to surpass previous benchmarks in terms of footfalls, as my Government will leave no stone unturned in taking the message of Ayurveda to the people of Odisha.
On behalf of the people of Odisha, I sincerely thank the World Ayurveda Foundation and the Ministry of Ayush for choosing Bhubaneswar as the venue for this prestigious event. We are also looking forward to the gracious presence of our beloved Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, during this four-day celebration of Ayurveda.
As the Chief Minister of Odisha, I assure full support and cooperation to the organisers of the event. At the same time, I seek the active participation and support of all Ayurveda stakeholders, both within the state and beyond, to make this event truly memorable and successful.
I wholeheartedly welcome all participants to Bhubaneswar and wish the event grand success.
Best wishes.
Shri Mohan Charan Majhi
